Born and raised in Southeast Ohio, Elena Aiello is a singer/songwriter who sings about people, situations, love, pain and hope in a style all her own. With a career spanning over 15 years, she has spent her time and talent playing with bands across Ohio ranging from Blues to Bluegrass. Her style has thus become a conglomeration of these sounds and her lyrics a map of her life. Her recent albums have been with her previous band Apple & The Moon which portrays her gritty Appalachia- rock side while her more melodic side is revealed with her sister Andrea in the duo named after their mother, Forcynthia. Whoever she plays with, she bares her soul through her intimate lyrics and heartfelt sound.
