Raised on fiddle tunes and late night jams as a kid (thanks Mom and Dad!), Tyler has been bathing in the proverbial sea of music for as long as he can remember. After years of playing drums for his father's band, he decided to step into the spotlight and start honing in on his own craft.Through the years, Tyler has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with many talented artists such as Gretchen Wilson, Sawyer Brown, Diamond Rio and Charlie Major to name a few! Songwriting is something that has always come naturally to Tyler. After meeting his mentor Ralph Murphy in 2010, Tyler was able to fine tune his craft. Sitting next to incredibly talented songwriters such as Michelle Wright, Steve Williams & Jason Blaine; Tyler has been able to grow as a songwriter. "Every session is a new experience and you just never know what kind of magic will be made"! Although the stage has always been a great way to express himself, Tyler's true love with music is found within the songs themselves - within the lyrics and intertwined somewhere between a melody and the cold hard truth.
