Irene Kelley

Irene Kelley’s signature mix of Bluegrass, Country & Americana appeals to music lovers across all genres. A native of Latrobe, Pa., Irene discovered her flair for songwriting as a teenager and soon found her way to Nashville, TN. where her songs were quickly noticed and recorded by Carl Jackson, Ricky Skaggs & Sharon White. While recording an album for MCA and independently releasing four more records and touring world wide, Irene raised 2 daughters and scored cuts with Alan Jackson, Trisha Yearwood, Loretta Lynn, Ricky Skaggs, Pat Green, Brother Phelps, Rhonda Vincent, Claire Lynch, the Whites, the Osborne Brothers Kathy Lee Gifford and others.

A new full length Bluegrass album- “Snow White Memories”-produced by Irene & Justyna Kelley out 2/27/2023. The album is comprised of 10 original songs never before released. The new collection features Kelley is joined on the album by a host of musical friends and co-writers — including singer, The Kruger Brothers, dobroist Rob Ickes, banjoist Scott Vestal, and Darin & Brooke Aldridge, Trisha Yearwood among others — and she’s collaborated with her daughter Justyna, Ronnie Bowman, Terry Herd, Mark Irwin, Bill Whyte, Steve Cropper, Billy Droze, Steve Leslie, and Donna Ulisse to co-write 10 of the songs on the album.

Kelley evokes a quiet winter scene and the yearning for times past on the stirring and quietly moving title track. Aubrey Haynie’s elegiac fiddle creates a reflective atmosphere, mining the depths of emotion that emerge out of memories of special times and places, and Kelley’s daughters, Justyna and Sara Jean, elevate the song with their layered harmonies. Her rendition of the classic rock band Kansas’ tune, “Can I Tell You,” will surely surprise and delight fans.

Justyna Kelley

Soulful. Powerful. Natural. These are just a few words that describe the classic allure and undeniable artistry of Justyna Kelley. An experienced performer and true songwriter’s songwriter, Justyna captures attention with her stunning voice and presence and with her heart-felt, self-penned songs.

Born and raised in Nashville as the daughter of Irene Kelley, one of Music City’s finest singer-songwriters, Justyna has been singing since before she could talk and writing songs and stories ever since she learned to put pen to paper. Her formative years were spent on and off the road performing with her mother and also as a young actress appearing in numerous films, music videos, and TV commercials.

A singer, performer, and enthusiast of all things language and culture, Justyna studied Theatre, English, and French at the University of the South (Sewanee) and graduated at the top of her class as Summa Cum Laude. During these years, and between studies, she began splitting her time between Nashville, Los Angeles, and New York to carve out her own career as an actress and recording artist.

In 2009, during a closing shift at the New York dance studio where she was working, Charles Koppelman overheard Justyna singing to herself and was impressed enough to take her into the studio to record her first professional demos. From these recordings, she was able to land her first development and publishing deal with Huge American Music the following year. In 2012, after completing a full-length record in Los Angeles and New York, she signed an international distribution deal with 13 Bis Records (Warner France) and moved to Paris, France. For the next three years, she toured across the European continent and working with artists such as David Hallyday, Jackson Browne, and The Gypsy Kings.

In 2016, she began writing for Universal Production Publishing Music (Universal France). Her album "Nashville, Tennessee" on Koka Media was nominated for a Mark Award the following year. In 2019, she reached #1 songwriter status with “Anything To Help You Say Goodbye”, a song she co-wrote with Irene Kelley and Steve Cropper for Irene's acclaimed bluegrass album "Benny's TV Repair".

Back home in Nashville, she works as a professional composer, producer, and engineer with business partners Eddie Gore and Steve Cropper. Together, they create music for film, TV and major label projects, including two recent songs on "NCIS: New Orleans", at Historic RCA Studios on Music Row.

Her upcoming pop album "Canon" is signed to EKP Records in Paris and being released on October 6th, 2023! A European tour is scheduled for Fall/Winter of 2023.

Justyna continues to work as a film and voice-over actress taking auditions in Nashville, Los Angeles, and Paris and has booked leading roles in many international films and TV shows on networks such as NBC, TF1, and Canal Plus. She is also fluent in both French and Italian.

Sara Jean Kelley

A river beneath a river with an edgy sense of humor, Sara Jean Kelley is an explorer, a rescuer, naturalist, and an active member of her creative community. Born and raised by the venerable bluegrass songwriter, Irene Kelley, Sara loves wild plants and animals and music and people and has the scars and stories to prove it. Sara’s songs are conceptual, yet relatable. Her voice is timeless, yet singularly her own. And her delivery can shift, like the weather, from dark and sultry, to light-as-a-feather.

A triple Scorpio, she has been compared to Brandi Carlile, Patty Griffin, and Lucinda Williams, and has already shared the stage with legends such as Emmylou Harris and Rodney Crowell. Sara studied evolutionary biology in Durango, Colorado and her first EP, The Wild explored her connection with the earth, and the soil; the relationship she has with and honor she holds for the natural world. Sara’s forthcoming EP, Black Snake is about life and death, transformation and rebirth, strength and resilience; all the things you experience in your early thirties that you wish you had known a decade earlier.
