Artists

Cheyenna

A prolific songwriter and soulful artist with a compelling personal story, genderfree singer-songwriter Cheyenna is one to watch in the Nashville scene. The Ohio native’s unique storytelling style is displayed in their groundbreaking country hit, “Austin (Boots Stop Workin’)” by artist Dasha, which quickly rose to global recognition, peaked at 18 on the billboard charts and won Female Song of the Year at the People’s Choice Country Awards. Cheyenna has penned songs for Tigirlily Gold, BRELAND, Mickey Guyton, Tayla Parx, Alexandra Kay, Abby Anderson, Sophia Scott and more.

In addition to writing for others, Cheyenna passionately shares their own story thru their artistry. Their self released debut album, “The Way The Wind Was Blowing,” dropped in December 2024, and their follow up record, “The Artist’s Pimgrimage,” is already underway.

Natalie Dickerson

Natalie Dickerson is a singer-songwriter from Dallas, TX, now based out of Nashville, TN, and is ecstatic to be making her Bluebird Cafe debut! Her music blends indie and folk with elements of soul, rhythm, and blues, drawing inspiration from artists like Lizzy McAlpine and Alicia Keys. Natalie’s passion for storytelling through song began in musical theatre during her childhood, and she has since captivated audiences with songs of her own in Nashville’s renowned venues, won Belmont Showcase Series’ Fall Writers’ Night Showcase, and even made a splash as a Hollywood Week contestant on Season 22 of American Idol. Her songwriting, inspired by relationships, family, and the complexities of life, promises to capture and hold your attention.

Mack Ashbaugh

Mack Ashbaugh is a singer, songwriter, and performer from the city of Portland, Oregon. While spending his youth training to become a professional hockey player, Ashbaugh grew increasingly connected to music. In 2021, he changed the trajectory of his life and moved to Nashville to begin mastering his craft. Since moving, Ashbaugh has spent most of his time performing and writing within the walls of Belmont University. He has been a member of the college acapella group, The Pitchmen, who won the International Championship of Collegiate Acapella in 2023. Ashbaugh was also the winner of the Fall Songwriter’s Showcase at Belmont University in 2024. Songwriting has helped Ashbaugh express himself in ways he had never imagined. His sound is defined by its cinematic atmosphere and thoughtful vocals. Mack Ashbaugh is always looking for an opportunity to share his passion with the world.
