There are 18 tables, 8 bar seats and 8 church pew seats available for reservation. The remaining pew seats for this show are not reserved in advance. These seats are available on a first come/first served basis when doors open.
Ticket reservations at The Bluebird Cafe are an agreement to pay the cover charge and applicable taxes/fees and to meet the $15.00 per seat food and/or drink minimum.
Ticket holders may cancel their reservation for a full refund of the ticket price and applicable tax (excluding ticketing fees) if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled showtime. Granville Automatic’s most recent full-length is Radio Hymns, a 13-track concept record mining Nashville’s lost history from the two wives of city founder Timothy Demonbreun to the day in 1974 that the Ryman Auditorium was saved from the wrecking ball. The album features guest appearances from Jim Lauderdale, Kevin Griffin of Better Than Ezra, Ben Fields and Matraca Berg. Elkins and Olivarez self-produced the record, using some longtime Granville players and some of Nashville’s legendary studio musicians (and studios). The album rocks and rolls, haunts and soars, and pays true homage to the mystery of Music City. The album has been featured in USA Today, The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Bitter Southerner, The Tennessean, No Depression, American Songwriter and many more.
Elkins and Olivarez have written songs recorded by country stars Billy Currington (the Billboard Country Top 30 single “Drinkin’ Town With A Football Problem”), Sugarland, Kira Isabella (the Billboard Canadian Country Top 15 hit “Little Girl”), Aaron Goodvin, Wanda Jackson, Angaleena Presley and numerous others. Their songwriting led them to a coveted Composers in Residence spot at Seaside, Fla.’s Escape to Create program. They’ve appeared on Sirius XM’s “The Buddy & Jim Show”, DittyTV, PBS’ Sun Studio Sessions and WoodSongs Old-Time Radio Hour. You may have heard their songs on ABC’s American Crime and The Lying Game, as well as Netflix’s The Ranch. Their tour schedule often tops 100 shows a year, including stops at SXSW, the Key West, Island Hopper, Red River and 30A Songwriters festivals, CMA Fest and Tin Pan South. They’ve played at venues from the legendary Joshua Tree roadhouse Pappy & Harriet’s to Texas’ haunted Gruene Hall and have shared the stage with Gretchen Peters, Little Texas, Ty Herndon, Shenandoah, Radney Foster and The SteelDrivers.
Chris Gantry
Chris Gantry began playing music when he was eleven years old and hasn’t stopped a day since. He is the winner of four BMI awards and is a two-time winner of the prestigious BMI Million-Air Award for his hit song "Dreams of the Everyday Housewife" recorded by Glen Campbell. Chris has released fourteen albums during his long and illustrious career, including 2024’s The Outlaw Bible. He has written over 100 songs recorded by others including Reba McIntyre, Roy Clark, Johnny Cash and Gary Puckett.
Chris has collaborated with greats, such as Kris Kristofferson, Shel Silverstein and Eddie Rabbit and won the Tennessee Williams Playwriting Contest. Also an author, he has penned seven books including his autobiography, Gypsy Dreamers in the Alley, and four children’s books.
Also known for his musicianship, Chris has been chosen as brand ambassador for Hohner Harmonicas, Klos Guitars and Curt Mangan Guitar Strings.
