Artists

Jamie Floyd

Jamie Floyd is a 2x Grammy-nominated independent songwriter & recording artist. She has written songs recorded by Kelly Clarkson, Kesha, Brian Wilson of The Beach Boys, Ingrid Andress, Ronnie Dunn, Madi Diaz, Sturgill Simpson, Ty Herndon, Ashley Monroe, Miranda Lambert, and more. She is also the composer of three musicals in development for Broadway out of New York, and she just released her new single “Sad Girls Do.” It was featured on Spotify’s “Fresh Finds Country: Best of 2023” playlist and “Fresh Finds,” which highlights the best of all-genre independent releases.

Cyndi Thompson

Hailing from Georgia, Cyndi Thomson emerged onto the country music scene in the late '90s, propelled by her love for music and a scholarship that led her to Nashville. Quickly securing a publishing deal and a major label record contract, she soared to stardom with her debut album My World and the hit single "What I Really Meant to Say." However, beneath the veneer of success, Cyndi struggled with internal turmoil, ultimately choosing to step away from her music career. Over the next two decades, she found solace in a different path, delving into jewelry design, which unexpectedly brought her back into the music world. Now, on the brink of a musical comeback, Cyndi is currently releasing single by single and set to release an EP in early 2025.  Featuring songs co-written by Thomson, she is gearing up for a CT 2.0.

Ryan Larkins

Ryan was born and raised in Nashville where he “caught the bug”—picking up the guitar and starting to write his own songs at age twelve. Ryan frequently performed at church, and there he learned to master the stage. In 2009, Ryan competed in the television singing competition show on CMT, Can You Duet, where he and his singing partner finished in third place. Memorably, the duo stood out when they surprised judges by singing the classic “Tennessee Waltz,” while other groups opted for contemporary selections. Two years later, Ryan released his original EP, Follow Me, and followed up with an acoustic project in 2013. In the spring of 2017, Ryan competed and won first place in WSM’s Road Show Talent Competition. As he did in the television competition, Ryan performed country classics “That’s the Way Love Goes” by Merle Haggard and “When You Say Nothing At All” by Keith Whitley. Clearly, Ryan has a solid foundation in traditional country music; however, it is not his only musical influence. He covers songs in the pop, gospel, and R&B genres, as well, and these influences are apparent in his original compositions. The range of songwriters he has worked with over the years also showcase his musical interests across genres and within country music. He has worked with the likes of Jessi Alexander, Country Hall of Fame Member Bill Anderson, Steve Bogard, Scooter Carusoe, Monty Criswell, Tom Douglas, JT Harding, Connie Harrington, Tim Nichols, and Tony Lane.
