Emily Landis
A St. Louis native, Emily Landis moved to Nashville in 2012 to attend Belmont University’s songwriting program. Landis signed a co-publishing agreement with BMG in 2018 and has since secured cuts with Gabby Barrett, Eric Paslay, Laci Kaye Booth, Kassi Ashton, Larry Fleet, and more. In April 2021, she landed her first 3-week #1 song with Gabby Barrett’s “The Good Ones”. The song was nominated for Song Of The Year and Single Of The Year at the 55th annual CMA Awards, Country Song Of The Year at the 2022 iHeartRadio Awards, and was voted Favorite Country Song at the 2021 American Music Awards. Following the success of “The Good Ones,” Landis received two Music Row Award nominations for “Breakthrough Songwriter of the Year” and “Female Songwriter of the Year."
