Gil Grand is an eight-time Canadian Country Music Association (CCMA) nominee along with CCMA “Male Vocalist of the Year” and “Record Producer of the Year” winner. Grand dove head-first onto the country music scene in 1998 when he signed with Sony’s Monument Records. His debut album, Famous First Words, produced his first Number One single and helped him receive three CCMA nominations in 1999 including “Male Vocalist of the Year,” “Album of the Year” and “Wrangler Rising Star.” 

After more than a decade of success in Canada, Grand returned state-side to run his co-owned publishing company, Grand & Gee Music, that soon captured SESAC’s "Song of the Year" award for his participation as a publisher for Chris Young’s No. 1 hit “Tomorrow” and a GRAMMY® win for “God And My Girlfriends” recorded by Reba.  

Grand co-produced and co-wrote two songs in an independent film that won Best Foreign Film at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival in France. This same year, he won “Album of the Year” as a co-producer at the 2023 Gala Country Awards in Montreal for artist Phil Lauzon. 

After earning rave reviews with his One Night With Conway tribute shows a few years back, Grand has found even bigger success with his tour, Strait From Me To You, performing 25 of George Strait’s number one songs. The show has become a fan-favorite packing casinos, performing arts theaters, and concert halls across Canada. He’ll perform both shows on the upcoming Country Music Cruise for a fifth year in a row. 

In Nashville, Grand brings the elite musicality for the multi-award-winning bus show, The Music City Rollin’ Jamboree. The show blends live country music with hilarious comedy making it a top-rated Nashville attraction that has landed them in the Trip Advisor Hall of Fame with 15,000 five star reviews. 

At home, Grand embraces a true country lifestyle in Nashville spending free time with his dogs, his pickup truck and bass fishing.
