Tyler Johnson
Tyler Johnson is a 3 x GRAMMY-award winning producer, multi-instrumentalist, singer and songwriter based in Los Angeles. Tyler’s illustrious credits span across some of the biggest hits of the last decade, including Miley Cyrus’ record-breaking single “Flowers” and Harry Styles’15-week Billboard #1, “As It Was”. Tyler is a long-time collaborator of Styles’, having co-written and co-produced across his entire self-titled debut, sophomore album “Fine Line”, including hit singles “Watermelon Sugar” and “Adore You”; and in 2022 Styles’ GRAMMY Album of The Year, “Harry’s House”. Tyler also co-wrote and co-produced 6 songs on Cyrus’ album “Endless Summer Vacation”, claiming Record of the Year for lead single “Flowers” at 2024’s GRAMMY Awards.
Prior to Tyler’s work with Styles, he was Grammy-nominated two years in a row as a producer/engineer in the “Album of The Year” category, for his work on Taylor Swift’s Red and Ed Sheeran’s X. However, Tyler’s first chart success as a songwriter and producer came with breakthrough country/pop artist CAM and her Country Billboard #1 “Burning House”. Tyler is credited with discovering CAM and alongside his mentor Jeff Bhasker, and Executive Produced her albums “Untamed” and “The Otherside”, as well as her 2025 album “All Things Light”.
Most recently, Tyler co-wrote and co-produced SZA’s “Scorsese Baby Daddy”, “AMERIICAN REQUIEM” and “AMEN” for Beyoncé’s GRAMMY-winning album COWBOY CARTER, as well as Miley Cyrus’ “Give Me Love”. Other notable credits include Childish Gambino, Sam Smith, 070 Shake, Halsey, Leon Bridges, Portugal the Man, P!nk, Maren Morris and One Republic.
