Megan Barker

Megan Barker came into this world with songwriting in her blood. Born in Nashville, Megan’s father wrote songs for legends like Ronnie Milsap, Barbara Mandrell, Hank Williams Jr, and more. By the age of 16, Megan was living in Las Vegas and performing live music professionally on the world famous Las Vegas Strip, and opening concerts for superstars like Lee Brice, Montgomery Gentry, Eli Young Band, and more.

In 2017, Megan planted her roots back in her hometown of Nashville and quickly started checking things off her to-do list. Bluebird Cafe, CMA Fest, & Whiskey Jam are all things she has added to her resume'.

In 2018, Megan also released the highly anticipated EP, "Leather Souls" produced by Brad Hill (Maren Morris Brothers Osborne) The project included fan favorites, “Tequila Told Me To,” “I Cuss When I Pray,” and “When My Boots Were New.” These special songs received high praise and rave reviews.

2019 was a year of milestones and came with endorsements from McPherson Guitars, Shure Microphones, & Dan Post cowboy boots. Megan played what she calls some of her “favorite shows ever” in the UK, Scotland, and Ireland. Debuting at the Bluebird Cafe to a sold-out crowd and being on the “Spotlight Stage” at CMA Fest, 2019 will be hard to top, but the future is bright.

In 2021, Megan was a co-writer on 6 single releases including ’93 by Kimberly Dawn which was featured on SiriusXM. Other releases include songs from artists like the award winning Canadian group, The Heels, rising Nashville's Justen Harden, TikTok superstar Jordan Rainer, and more. Megan capped the year off with her music video for “Missin Mistletoe” being added to CMT and a delightful review from the legendary Robert Oermann.

In February 2022, Megan was the official host of the live shows at the Durango Songwriter Expo in Ventura, California. In May, fan-favorite, "Friend Like That" was released along with a hilarious music video filmed at the infamous Santa's Pub. That summer, Megan collaborated with friend and famed producer Rob Galbraith on an original, funky duet, "Should Know Better."

Coming to be known as the Queen Of Christmas, in December 2022 Megan added to her stacked resume' two more original holiday songs. Megan also directed and produced both music videos.

"Counting On Christmas" was featured on CMT.

Mike Reid

An NCAA All-American and All-Pro NFL defensive lineman, Mike Reid was as dominant a force in commercial country music of the 1980s and early '90s as he was on the gridiron in the 1960s and '70s. Reid penned 12 #1 country hits, including one as a solo artist (1990's "Walk on Faith"), and he provided hit vehicles for Ronnie Milsap, Conway Twitty, Don Williams, Wynonna, Tim McGraw and others. Yet his best-known composition may be the pop hit "I Can't Make You Love Me," a stirring ballad of resignation that Bonnie Raitt took into the pop Top 20 in 1991 and that has since been re-recorded dozens of times.

A serious-minded piano player even during his time playing football at Penn State University and with the Cincinnati Bengals, Reid devoted himself completely to music upon his 1975 retirement from sports. He moved to Nashville in 1980 and signed with Milsap's publishing firm in 1982. Milsap quickly began recording Reid's songs. "Inside" hit #1 on the country chart in early 1983, and "Stranger in My House" (which won Reid a Grammy for Best Country Song) went to #5 later that year. In 1985, Milsap's recording of Reid's "Lost in the Fifties Tonight" was a #1 country hit and a #8 adult contemporary record, and it was the most-played country song of the year. "Lost in the Fifties Tonight" was named ASCAP's Country Song of the Year in 1986.

By the mid-1980s, Reid songs were radio staples, and he notched hits with Milsap ("She Keeps the Home Fires Burning," "In Love," "How Do I Turn You On," Conway Twitty ("Fallin' for You for Years"), Don Williams ("I Wouldn't Be a Man") and more. A soulful vocalist, Reid was featured as Milsap's duet partner for 1988's "Old Folks," and Reid's recording-artist deal with Columbia Records resulted in the chart-topper "Walk on Faith."

Three other Top 20 solo hits followed for Reid, but his prime mark on popular music would be as a songwriter. More than two decades after its creation, "I Can't Make You Love Me" remains in Raitt's set list at every concert, and it has been recorded by George Michael, Kenny Rogers, Nancy Wilson, Kelly Clarkson, Adele and others. Continuing his renaissance ways, Reid went on to compose theatrical and operatic works, winning a Richard Rodgers Development Award from the Academy of Arts and Letters for 1997's The Ballad of Little Jo.

Joel Shewmake

Singer/songwriter Joel Shewmake moved to Nashville from Cookeville, TN in 2001 to pursue a career in music.  He signed his first publishing deal soon after and has since written songs professionally for BMG, Warner Chapel, Amylase Entertainment and BMG/Chrysalis.  Joel's songs have been recorded by artists such as Brad Paisley, Montgomery-Gentry, Gary Allan, Craig Campbell, Lonestar, Trace Adkins, Jerrod Niemann, Jacob Bryant, Cody Johnson & Randall King.

Lonnie Lee Fowler

After spending years as a sideman playing piano and keys for a wide range of artists including Pam Tillis, Chely Wright, Joe Nichols, and Rodney Crowell, this Pennsylvania native scored his first top ten hit as a songwriter with Bucky Covington’s “I’ll Walk”. Growing up playing classical piano and moving into jazz, he has put his steel-mill hometown work ethic into the country songwriting that he discovered and fell in love with in college. He has multiple cuts on Jordan Davis’ debut album Home State, including “Leaving New Orleans” and the #1 single “Slow Dance in a Parking Lot.” His song “If I Was A Cowboy” is featured on Tim McGraw’s album Here on Earth. In August 2021, Trace Adkins released his song “Empty Chair”.
