Artists

Renee Blair

With over 50 million streams under her belt, the ACM and CMA Award nominee Renee Blair is just getting started. Blair is a rising country singer who grew up in St. Louis, Missouri and at 15 her passion and pursuit for country music brought her to Nashville. Renee's journey took a turn when she faced several near death accidents back to back early on in her career forcing her to put her music on pause. That pause transcended into a fire and new approach towards music upon her recovery and shortly after she signed her first publishing deal and record deal under industry stalwarts Shane MacAnally, SMACK Songs, and L.A. Reid, Epic Records. Her music is a captivating blend of her diverse sonic influences alongside a heartfelt vulnerability she shares with fans from the troubles she's experienced in life. She recently gained significant recognition for having helped pen the certified platinum and #1 single, "Wait In The Truck", performed by Hardy and Lainey Wilson. Blair has been gracing all kinds of stages; from touring with Willie Nelson to performing at dive bars or The Ryman Auditorium with Hardy. Her upcoming studio album Hillbetty is set to be released summer of 2024. “Hillbetty” is an alter-ego created by Blair to embrace every woman’s wild side. The debut single off the album has already become a viral sensation, Holy Cowboy. If you are a Renee Blair fan, you know a good time is a guarantee.

Blake Chaffin

Blake Chaffin only knew two people on Music Row when he traded the dusty plains of Hays, Kansas for the rolling hills of Nashville, Tennessee.  He got to music city as quick as his 1986 Pontiac Trans Am would let him and has spent the last decade earning his reputation as one of Music City’s premier songwriters and business entrepreneurs.

A big thinker with his feet firmly on the ground, Chaffin has the ability to write raw and relatable music imbued with the lyrical pictures and perspectives that make songs come to life.  His creativity and work ethic go hand in hand, writing one hundred plus songs a year that showcase a rich diversity of styles, themes, and collaborators.

“I like running towards the truth, wherever it leads”, Chaffin explains. “The songwriting journey I’ve been on, with a community of talented friends, has allowed me the opportunity to make sense of my world a little bit and have some amazing adventures along the way.”

Chaffin’s small town simplicity influences every aspect of his life, as well as his songs; sometimes saying less, says more.  He aims for every line in his songs to hold weight. Words like clever, honest, raw, optimistic, vulnerable, hopeful and mischievous are all signature of Chaffin’s music and personality.

Kevin Griffin

Kevin Griffin is an award-winning songwriter, producer, author, and performer whose songs have sold more than eighty million copies and been streamed over a billion times. He is best known as the singer and founding member of the platinum-selling rock band, Better Than Ezra.

Better Than Ezra’s legacy encompasses the double-platinum 1995 classic “Deluxe” and its instantly recognizable #1 smash single “Good,” the gold-selling Friction, Baby in 1997 with “Desperately Wanting”, 2001’s Closer with “Lifetime” and ubiquitous “Extra Ordinary” and  the 2005 epic Before The Robots.  The latter yielded “Breathless” notably performed and recorded  by Taylor Swift. That particular legacy continued in 2014 by way of All Together Now and the hit “Crazy Lucky.”

As a songwriter, the New Orleans native stands out as a five-time BMI Pop Award winner and ARIAA Award winner. Moreover, he has landed multiple number ones, including Sugarland’s  “Stuck Like Glue” and Howie Day’s “Collide.” Other credits span cuts for Christina Perri, Train, The Struts, Barenaked Ladies, Blondie, James Blunt, and many more. Kevin has also served as a writer-in-residence at NYU’s Clive Davis School of Music.

Additionally, he spearheaded holiday music super group Band of Merrymakers famous for its debut Welcome to Our Christmas Party and performances on The Today Show, Jimmy Kimmel LIVE!, and NBC’s Christmas in Rockefeller Center. He also co-founded and remains a partner in the popular Pilgrimage Music Festival now in its eight year. Past performers have included Justin Timberlake and Foo Fighters to name a few.

Christian Yancey

Georgia native, Christian Yancey is a country artist and songwriter. After breaking records as a hurdler at Ole Miss, moved to Nashville and quickly found his groove writing songs with artists such as Austin Snell, Cody Lohden, Trey Lewis and Logan Michael to name a few. He co-wrote Austin Snell’s hit single, “Excuse The Mess” which gathered 1 million streams in its first week of independent release and helped catapult Snell’s career. Christian dropped his first self-released single in two years, “Hatin’ Missin’ You” in June of 2023 and has several more releases planned throughout the year.
