There are 18 tables, 8 bar seats and 8 church pew seats available for reservation. The remaining pew seats for this show are not reserved in advance. These seats are available on a first come/first served basis when doors open. 

Ticket reservations at The Bluebird Cafe are an agreement to pay the non-refundable cover charge and applicable taxes/fees and to meet the $10.00 per seat food and/or drink minimum.

You are NOT reserving an entire table if you choose 1 (by choosing 1, you are reserving 1 seat). We reserve ALL seats at each table. If you are a smaller party at a larger table, you will be seated with guests outside your party.

Steve Williams

Nashville hit songwriter, Steven Williams has had two #1 songs, “Redneck Yacht Club” and “I Get To” which was also nominated for a Dove Award. His songs are featured on 4 gold records with songs recorded by George Strait, Blake Shelton, Trick Pony, Kristin Chenoweth and The Oak Ridge Boys, just to name a few. Steven has spent the last few years working with Operation Song, helping vets with PTSD put their stories to song. Ray Stephenson

It is a rare creative soul who can work at the highest artistic levels in two distinct disciplines. Ray Stephenson has just this kind of soul.

 

Wildly literate, utterly artistic, impossibly ambitious, absolutely a slave to his art, the South Georgian is completely committed to the truth. He is a world class  songwriter, recording artist, an intensely captivating live singer, guitar player, record producer & virtuoso painter. Add in the ability to express the uniquely personal in a universal way, and you have a true artist. 

Ray Stephenson does exactly that in his paintings, his songwriting & his performances. 

 

As a musician, Ray Stephenson is a Grammy Award winning, Platinum selling singer/songwriter from Nashville, TN. His successes include winning CCMA Songwriter of the Year in 2013, writing the title track of Kenny Chesney’s album Hemingway’s Whiskey, and writing the Blake Shelton/Miranda Lambert duo and album title track, Red River Blue. Both reached #1 on the Billboard Album Charts and were certified Platinum. Some of the most revered and iconic legends in Country Music have recorded his music, including Willie Nelson, Kris Kristofferson, and Merle Haggard. He’s been a part of 4 Grammy nominated projects and 1 Grammy winning project (Guy Clark’s final recording, My Favorite Picture Of You, which brought home the Grammy “Best Folk Album” in 2015).

As a painter, Ray's paintings are hanging in the homes of collectors like Willie Nelson and Oprah Winfrey.  In 2012, Ray became the Official Painter of the Monsters of Rock Tour. He’s been featured at the Bluebird Cafe, Ascend Amphitheater, Nashville Airport, the Country Music Hall of Fame ,Gaylord Hotels, Aloft Hotel, 3rd and Lyndsley, CMT and Two Old Hippies. He's had feature articles in Nashville Arts & Southwest Georgia Living magazines.

 

His paintings explore his love of color, texture, music & nature. Ray’s artistic influences are found in the paintings of Odd Nerdrum, Gustav Klimpt, Rembrandt and Andrew Wyeth. His fine art is highly sought after by art collectors & is a part of several prestigious private collections. He has exhibited his work in Nashville, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Atlanta, & the US Virgin islands. 

Wood Newton

Wood was born and raised in Hampton, Arkansas population 1600. He was graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in business administration in 1970. He is the sole owner of Rope A Note Music publishing, which contains more than five hundred songs. He also owns Rope A Note studio on Music Row, and has his own production company.

Wood and his wife Gloria moved to Nashville in 1976 to get in the music business. Since then, as a songwriter Wood has written some of country music’s biggest hits, among them are; "BOBBIE SUE" for THE OAK RIDGE BOYS, "TWENTY YEARS AGO" for KENNY ROGERS, “WHAT I DIDN’T DO” for STEVE WARINER, and “RIDING WITH PRIVATE MALONE” which he produced for DAVID BALL. All four of these songs have received BMI awards for being played over a million times.

Wood produced, and sang harmony with David Ball on “OLD FOLKS AT HOME”, a track on “Beautiful Dreamer, The Songs Of Stephen Foster”. It won a Grammy for Traditional Folk Album of the year 2005.

Billy Dean has recorded "Wave On Old Glory Wave On" a new song that Wood co-wrote with Jim Weatherly. On Wood's birthday September 16th 2008 they had the great honor of having the 82 piece Nashville Symphony, and the Fisk Jubilee Singer play and sing on this new song. It was released January 13th on a 38 song multi-artist album called "This Is My America" http://www.ThisIsMyAmerica.com.

In 2011, a movie called "The Last Ride", based on the last three days of Hank Williams' life was released. It stars Henry Thomas as Hank, Henry is best know for playing the kid in the movie "ET". Wood co-wrote two songs for it with Hank's daughter Jett Williams who was born two weeks after her father's death.
